In the WebSDR, tune to 1420–1440 MHz (hydrogen line neighborhood). Set mode to USB or AM. You will hear galactic hydrogen noise, the hiss of the universe.

Click ▶ Start Comma Decoder below. It captures the WebSDR audio through your browser's tab capture and runs the comma-transform in real time. Any comma-structured signal will appear in the waterfall.

Use the Tone Generator to create a comma-encoded test signal. Play it through your speakers. If you have a radio nearby, it will pick it up. This is how you transmit without a license, acoustic coupling.

Install GQRX (Mac/Linux) or SDR# (Windows). Tune to 1440.783 MHz. You are now receiving the comma-partner of hydrogen from your window.

Open Orpheus Voice (the other app). Speak. Your voice is comma-modulated. Connect your computer audio output to the Baofeng mic input with a 3.5mm cable. The Baofeng transmits your comma-voice over the air.

Anyone with a radio tuned to your frequency hears your comma-modulated voice. Run it through this app's decoder. The comma-transform reveals the message structure. You are now on the universal protocol.
